There’s been many times where I’d thought to myself: “If only I could just buy the bottle”.
Sometimes the mere thought of trying yet another exercise workout series can make you either sigh or feel like crying.
“Been there, done that” you tell yourself.
At the end of a long day, the last thing you feel like doing is dragging out the gym shoes, putting on the unflattering sports kit and running shoes before heading out the door again.
Just feel like having something quick and easy.
Exercise seems to be everything you DON’T feel like dealing with.
But the most recent visit to the doctor suggested that you might need to reconsider.
