The journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step….

So let’s make that first step feel easy.

Pick a time in your day or week where it might be a relatively easy or natural step to add into regular task you already do (like brushing your teeth)  or and event that often happens (like a phone ringing, or getting through the door as return home from work).

And every time you complete this activity, at least in the first week, you celebrate the completion of the activity (give yourself a mental or actual “pat on the back”, or do something to create positive emotions).

Another question you need to ask is the Breakthrough Question: How can I make this behaviour easier to do? Here, there are only three answers:

  1. Increase your skills
  2. Get tools and resources
  3. Focus on starter steps

If you’re interested, I can give you these answers… And you won’t even have to do the activity list to begin with, as I can guarantee you that there are things you’re doing right now that we can turn into power moves to start you off.

if you choose to go on the path with me, you’ll discover how to squeeze exercise into your day without out having to rustle up your willpower and drag those dust-gathering trainers out of your cupboard.

So if you want to come on this journey with me. Click on the button below. I would love to hear how you go, as we go along the journey, and you’d be getting an email each week. Each day for a week. It’s not going to  cost you anything.

But I’ll be sending you an email each day for about a week with a link to an exercise video which is less that 3 minutes long.

In fact, if you want to, you can stick the rating and just go straight to the video because I’ve designed it that way. But if you learn to understand the explanation for the choices I’m making or getting you to make on the videos. You can skip it. Because we can get straight to the exercise, if that’s what you want to do. So if you want to come on this journey with me. What are you waiting for, click below
